The face: woven, and it looks embroidered
The patch face is a woven textile with a real satin-stitch or merrow border, so the edge reads as genuine embroidery, not a shiny sticker or a plastic magnet. It is deliberately thin, about 1.3 to 1.7 mm where it shows.
- Personalized names are digitally printed into pre-bordered woven blanks, so a one-off name carries no setup fee.
- Company logos can be fully woven or embroidered in bulk, where the one-time setup is shared across the order.
- Die-cut to the shape of the artwork, so it looks custom, not like a generic square patch.
The hold: it lies flat and never curls
Curling corners are what ruin most magnetic patches. SwapCrest is engineered against it.
- A two-piece magnet sandwich: a thin front patch and a hidden inner backer cut to the exact same outline.
- The hold is placed near the edges, not just the center, so every corner is pinned down and stays flush.
- A flat-cut, low-memory magnet, laminated flat, so the edges cannot spring up.
- Strong, flexible, and comfortable to wear all day. Keep away from pacemakers, ICDs, and cards with magnetic strips.
